About Cindy

Cindy started her career by obtaining a certificate in Legal Secretarial Studies from Luther Burbank Business College in Santa Rosa, CA.

Cindy then graduated at the top of her class from Sonoma State University after completing an extensive 60 unit course in a State Bar accredited paralegal program with an emphasis in probate and trust law. She continued her education thereafter in law-related courses including legal research, ethics, legal writing, trust and court-focused accountings and interviewing and investigations.

She worked for many years as a Certified Probate Paralegal which included working with fiduciaries, certified public accountants, realtors, financial planners, bankers, real estate appraisers and court investigators in both Sonoma and Silicon Valleys. Cindy ultimately guided fiduciaries from the legal and management side of estate preservation for several years with an effort on teaching them the rights and wrongs in the business, and the importance of adhering to a strict code of ethics in acting as conservators and trustees.

Cindy completed her fiduciary studies at Fullerton College and is currently an acting fiduciary bringing with her a strong background in conservatorship and probate law, and a thorough understanding of living trusts, special needs trusts and how these entities should be managed and operate.

Cindy is grateful for her thriving fiduciary practice and has a deep commitment to her clients. She takes pride in her communication skills with family members who have concerns about their loved ones, and has the ability to listen and discern with an open mind.
In her spare time, Cindy enjoys singing, painting, gardening, hiking, San Jose Sharks hockey and spending time with her daughter Hannah and other loved ones.
